Samsung Stratosphere Leaked

The Samsung Stratosphere is an upcoming Android phone. It has leaked in the past on more than one occasion in the recent past already. But now it looks like Verizon is actually ramping up to officially launch this device. The manual of the Stratosphere has recently been leaked and it is showing quite a bit of interesting information about the Stratosphere.

The Samsung Stratosphere is going to have a 4” super amoled display and it will be powered by a 1GHz processor. It also has a physical, slide out qwerty keyboard. It supports 4G LTE connections. It has 512MB of working memory and 4GB of storage memory. The storage memory can be expanded to 32GB.

The integrated back facing camera can handle 5 megapixel. It can also capture video at 480p. The front facing camera is 1.3 megapixel and can be used for Android video chats.

For a phone that is not very hyped up in comparison with Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S II, we are pretty impressed by the specs. A 4” super amoled screen? A 1GHz processor? The stratosphere even has something that the S II does not: a physical keyboard. It’s still a midrange phone, though.

October 13th is the date that this phone is going to hit store shelves. Verizon will sell it to you with a 2 year contract at the price of $149. Not a bad price for a midrange phone, if you ask me!

The manual can currently be downloaded from MediaFire. Get it while it’s hot!
